⭐Morning Ritual Nitro We've finally done what we've all been dreaming of. NITRO Morning Ritual is here for a limited edition, creamy, and smooth Stout Season treat. We've nitrogenated the cans of this batch of MR to bring what was all ready a crowd favourite to another level. Morning Ritual is a pastry stout that has fast become a house favourite for us. Brewed with rich chocolate malts, oats for body and a touch of lactose for creaminess. For this batch we conditioned on Tahitian vanilla beans then toasted coconut for added layers of complexity and decadence. The mouthfeel is thick, creamy, lush and smooth with a welcome sweetness and warmth. On the finish, a lingering coconut and chocolate lushness with a balancing hint of roasted bitterness. Pastry Stout 7% ⭐Wavelength Wavelength is a brand new house-style hazy IPA that we've laced with NZ Cascade Amplifire, Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Mosaic. This one is a CRUSHER. On the nose it's absolutely popping with jubilant notes of crushed white grapes, lychee and vibrant passionfruit. Take a sip of this light yellow haze nectar and you'll cop bright and juicy notes featuring hits of tropical mango, lychee martini, fresh red berries and a hint of lime. The mouthfeel is soft and luxurious making for the perfect soft juicy finish. Hazy IPA 6.6% ⭐Mood Board Mood Board is a brand new double dry-hopped Oat Cream IPA that we have saturated with a juice-filled hop combo of Sabro LUPOMAX, CryoPop, Citra, Mosaic and Motueka. This baby is a soft yet ultra punchy tropical bomb of a beer. It pours a light yellow colour with a deep milky haze and a creamy foam atop. On the nose, it's straight up popping with energetic aromas of fresh pineapple and peach and an intensity that acts as a warning to the juicy hit you're about to cop. Take a sip and strap in for a rollercoaster ride of joose. Massive hits of tropical fruit, featuring pineapple and guava up front, with a sweet berry note coming through mid palate and a pleasant pineapple daiquiri and coconut note coming in hot for the finisher. DDH Oat Cream IPA 6.3% ⭐Living Room Rave Living Room Rave is one of our favourite hazy double IPAs. We've gone with a rock solid combo of Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe for the dry hop, bringing breakfast juice like aromas. On the palate there's a huge hit of tropical sweet fruit which is smooth and silky. The carbonation is soft and pillowy, allowing the fruitiness to sit delicately on the palate. Way too easy to drink! Hazy Double IPA 8.2% ⭐Miles to Go MIles to go is a brand new West Coast-style Double IPA that we have bombarded with Chinook, Citra Cryo, CIP-014, and Idaho 7 HyperBoost AND a big whack of Idaho 7 DynaBoost in the hot side of brewing. CIP-014 is a new experimental hop from our friends at Clayton in NZ and paired with West Coast favourites Chinook and Idaho 7 as well as Swiss army knife Citra - we have ourselves a banger here. On the nose we're copping an upfront resinous hit that gives way to a sticky citrus pungency that will be all up and inside your nostrils. In the glass, MTG is a thing of sheer beauty, pouring a radiant light yellow colour thanks to a base malt bill of all Pilsner malt. On the palate we've got a sticky, icky citrus drip coating every inch. West Coast Double IPA 8.2% ⭐Ultrasonic Ultrasonic is a brand new DDH Triple IPA that we have downright assaulted with hops. It features insane additions of Citra, Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, Krush, Motueka Amplifure and Nelson Sauvin Hopkief. With that lineup, you best be ready for some JOOSE. This monster pours a deeeep haze and a deep yellow in colour, with a fluffy white foam atop. On the nose, Nelson is dominating. The HopKief is bringing punchy notes of white grape, lychee and passionfruit that will singe the hairs in your nostrils. Take a sip and prepare to be transported to another dimension with ultra sticky and saturating hop notes of sticky mango, drippy passionfruit, intense lychee, freshly squeezed grapefruit and big hits of lime. DDH Triple IPA 10.2% ⭐Baltic Noir (Range X Pohjala) Baltic Noir is a brand new Imperial Pastry stout, brewed in collaboration with our new friends from Pohjala in Tallinn, Estonia. Pohjala are well known for their daring and out of the box stouts as well as their use of native ingredients to flavour their beers. For this decadent and heavy hitting stout we have used a kettle addition of lactose, a whirlpool addition of bee captured pollen, a mid fermentation addition of Australian native Orange Blossom honey from Bee One Third and finally a conditioning addition of toasted macadamias and almonds. Don't let the delicacies of this beer fool you, it is also big, brooding and bold. Pastry Stout 11%
