Feel It
built to be experienced.
Mango rolls in thick and golden, carrying a lush tropical weight that settles deep, before blueberry follows with rich, inky sweetness that slowly stains the palate. Lemon cuts a bright, electric line through the centre, lifting the fruit into sharp focus, while ice cream melts through the body and softens everything into a smooth, velvety finish. It pours heavy and plush with that signature OD density, coating the mouth in layers of sweet, tart and cream that unfold gradually and linger long after the first sip. Go on... Feel it.
Wipe Me Down
Wipe me down and call me Nancy. Strap in, fam; this is going to be one wild ride. Our lactose-heavy kettle-sour base has received an all-out liquid cream treatment, with bucketloads of fresh fruit added just before canning. Australian boysenberry juice, with banana and raspberry purée, lay the foundation for lashings of vanilla ice cream powder, lemon meringue whips, and coconut crème. And what's that? A kiss of Canadian maple syrup, you say? Go on, then. A delightful mess all wrapped in an aluminium suit. Wipe it down.
Voo Doo Charm
soft violet haze settles in the glass — opaque, luminous, composed.
Loquat brings delicate stone fruit sweetness with a gentle citrus edge, while blue pea and spirulina lend natural depth and tone. Built on our coconut cream, banana sour base, the texture is plush and seamless, balanced by refined acidity and a clean, restrained finish.
Light held in suspension. Measured. Radiant. Effortless.
The Dealer
A new ice-cream style fruited sour that looks sweet… and deals heavy.
The Dealer comes wagging in loaded with blueberry, blackcurrant, strawberry and a touch of banana, stacked into a fruiting rate that does not play shy. Folding through a generous hit of surprisingly hard-to-find bubble gum ice cream for that creamy, nostalgic finish.
It’s bright. It’s juicy. It’s thick in all the right places.
Walk It Out
Collab w/ Vauly City Brewing
When One Drop and Vault City get together, subtlety walks out the door and takes a day off. What we are left with is a full-blown lamington fantasy spun into smoothie sour form. Think raspberry jam dripping through fluffy sponge cake, banana and coconut cream folding into clouds of icing sugar and lactose, all wrapped up in a blizzard of desiccated coconut. We even hung bags of coconut straight in the tank to make sure that toasted lamington magic hits from the first sip to the last.
The result? A thick, dreamy, jammy pink dessert beer that tastes like someone turned the bakery window into a glass.
Join The Dots
Join The Dots - our topped-up-to-the-brim kettle sour that's been given our full Ice-Cream Smoothie Treatment. Starting with a lactose and wheat heavy base soured with our house lacto culture, we’ve then gone and rolled up some mean dots of mango, raspberry, blackcurrant, and marshmallow, with a touch of vanilla ice cream powder. Join it all up and come find the big picture with us.
Whatcha Gonna Do Sour
OK people - time for some ancient poise and modern pulp action.
Green apple strike first with a bright, tangy snap that awakens the soul, before pear and banana glide in smooth and creamy like they’ve been rehearsing this entrance for centuries. Coconut cream folds through the whole thing in thick, velvety layers, turning sharp fruit into plush,
smoothie-level decadence. Like it has been brewed in royal chambers but dialled all the
way into OD territory. It’s sweet, it’s tart, it’s creamy, it’s chaotic. Composed, but absolutely pulped.
Watcha gonna do? Drink it. That's what.
Borderline
Blooming out of the chaos.
Roasted pistachio lays down a nutty, almost savoury backbone. Ripe banana swirls through in thick, smoothie waves. White chocolate and coconut cream smooths it all out — soft, creamy and indulgent. Sweet and tart walk the line together, while lactose builds that plush, velvety body that pushes this into full dessert territory.
It’s lush. It’s layered. It’s slightly unhinged in the best way, with deliciousness growing out of intensity.
Borderline? Maybe.
OD? Always.
