We've gone and done ourselves a doozy by sourin it with 3 types of lactobacillus and rounding it out with fresh raspberry, lime and blood orange juice. Huzzah! STYLE：Sour ABV：6.5% ⭐️MAKE BELIEVE Watermelon Sherbet Sour Make Believe is a Watermelon Warhead lolly sour made with real lemon, lime, sherbet, and over 60kg of sour watermelon candy loaded into the kettle and FV. We've gone and done ourselves a doozy by souring it with 3 types of lactobacillus and rounding it out with a splash o f real watermelon juice. Whoopee! STYLE：Sour ABV：6.5% ⭐️Liquid Peacharine DDH IPA Peacharine™ - a new house favourite hop here at One Drop. Teaming up with world-class hop growers Freestyle Hops, we’re using 2 hand-selected lots of Peacharine, the latest advanced selection from their hop breeding programme over in NZ. Alongside a double dry hop of these choice as cones, we’ve also got our hands on a global-exclusive trial of this same hop processed into their SubZero Hop Kief™ - A liquid dry-hop made with a cryogenic, solventless, separation process. What legends. On a soft base of spelt and oat, expect a ‘uge NZ hop character with hits of rich peach, ripe nectarine, and an appealing citrus backbone. STYLE：DDH IPA ABV：6.4% ⭐️Mot Mop NEIPA Floor Mot is a brand new NEIPA with our Alexandria pals Bracket Brewing. On a base of NZ barley and oats, and spelt we’ve used some of our favourite green cones right now to whip up this hoppy boi. Its no secret Bracket love their Motueka hops, so after a failed dry hop on brewday, we used all the Mot off the floor we could find and used it in the whirlpool #sustainability. We’ve also flown some hand-selected NZ Riwaka from our pals at Eggers Farms, and soaked in some Citra Cryo® as the “glue”. Yumb.
