A simple and subtle malt character, of pils and chit, steps aside to allow the main star of the show - the hops - pop and shine through. Brewed with a neutral and high attenuating yeast strain, we reckon this is one of the easiest ways to drink in the best of what fresh NZ Riwaka, Simcoe CRYO, and Cascade hops have to offer. CALI IPA 6.2% HOME LAND & SEA COLLAB WITH GARAGE PROJECT NZ Collab re-brew with DIPA with our Good Friends at Garage Project NEW ZEALAND LIQUID PHANTASM Liquid Phantasm is an ultra-modern DIPA using a new liquid version of Phantasm™, along with a fresh batch of the OG powder, supercharged “Super-Sauvin” hops, and the freshest 2024 Motueka crop flown direct from the Freestyle hop farm in Sunrise Valley. In combination with a thiol-active yeast strain, an extended conditioning time, and a dose of Motueka and Nelson SubZero Hop Kief™ SNEAKY A double dry hopped hazy TIPA with fresh NZ and AUS hops and use of Phantasm - 10% ABV around abouts Thiolised TIPA 10.0%
